Many inbound calls from unusual area codes to a number you just provisioned
Inbound calls that hang up right after connecting (testing whether the number is live)
Inbound calls asking to transfer to international numbers
Suspicious outbound patterns (often means account compromise)
Sudden surge in call or message volume you didn't initiate
Calls to unusual international destinations
Calls placed outside your normal business hours
API activity from IP addresses you don't recognize
