1. View Call Logs and Recordings

Want to know who called and what they said? The Call History dashboard gives you a complete overview of every call your agent has handled.

You can see the caller’s number, the time of the call, the duration, and a full transcript.

If you have call recording enabled, you can also listen to the audio.

2. Monitor Your Usage

Your subscription plan includes a set number of minutes per month. You can check your usage at any time to see how many minutes you have left.

Go to Account > Subscription.

You’ll see a usage bar that shows how many of your monthly minutes you’ve used.

3. Change Your Plan

As your business grows, your needs may change. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

In the Subscription section, click “Change Plan.”

Select the plan that best fits your current call volume.

Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. Update Billing Information

Need to change the credit card on file? You can update your payment method securely from your account settings.

Go to Account > Billing.

Click “Update Payment Method” and enter your new card details.

What You’ve Accomplished

You’re now in full control of your 365 Agents account. You know how to review your agent’s performance, monitor your usage, and manage your subscription and billing details with ease.
