1. Your Business Basics

This is the foundational knowledge your AI needs to handle the most common questions. Think of it like a new employee's first day.

Go to the Knowledge Base section in your 365 Agents dashboard.

In the "Business Profile" section, fill out the following fields:

Business Name: Your company's full name.

Business Hours: Your hours of operation for each day.

Location: Your physical address (if applicable).

What We Do: A one-sentence description of your business.

2. Your Services & Pricing

Next, let's teach the AI what you sell. This allows it to answer questions like "How much does it cost?" or "Do you offer this service?"

In the Knowledge Base, click "Add Content" and select "Add Service/Product."

Enter the name of a service, a brief description, and the price.

Repeat this for your top 3-5 services.

⭐ Pro-Tip: You don't need to list everything! Start with your most popular services. You can always add more later.

3. Your Top 3 FAQs

Finally, think about the questions you and your team get asked over and over. By adding these to the knowledge base, the AI can handle them automatically.

In the Knowledge Base, click "Add Content" and select "Add FAQ."

Enter a common question (e.g., "What is your cancellation policy?") and the answer.

Add at least 3 of your most frequently asked questions.

What You've Accomplished

In just a few minutes, you've given your AI the core knowledge it needs to be genuinely helpful. It can now answer basic questions about your business, services, and policies, freeing you up from repetitive conversations.

Now that your agent is trained, let's explore some advanced features to make it even more powerful.
