Step 1: Find Your 365 Agents Number
First, you need the unique phone number we've assigned to your account. You can find this right on your main dashboard.
•Log in to your 365 Agents dashboard.
•Your unique phone number is displayed at the top of the page. Click the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard.

Step 2: Set Up Call Forwarding with Your Provider
Now, you'll need to tell your phone provider (e.g., AT&T, Verizon, RingCentral, Dialpad) to forward calls to your new 365 Agents number. The process is slightly different for each provider, but the concept is the same.
•Log in to your phone provider's online portal.
•Navigate to the "Call Forwarding" or "Call Handling" section.
•Enter your unique 365 Agents number as the forwarding destination.
Pro-Tip: Use Conditional Call Forwarding
We recommend using conditional call forwarding if your provider supports it. This allows you to set rules, such as:
•Forward calls when your line is busy.
•Forward calls when you don't answer after a few rings.
•Forward all calls outside of business hours.
This gives you maximum flexibility!
Step 3: Test It!
Now for the fun part. Call your main business phone number from a different phone. Instead of ringing, you should be greeted by your new AI Receptionist!
What You've Accomplished
Congratulations! 🎉 Your AI agent is now live and answering your calls. You'll never have to worry about a missed call again. Every caller will get an instant, professional response, 24/7.
Now that your agent is live, let's teach it about your business so it can start answering questions accurately.
