1. Give Your Agent a Name

First, let’s give your agent a name. This helps customers feel like they’re talking to a dedicated assistant. You can name it after your business (e.g., “The Main Street Dental Assistant”) or give it a human name (e.g., “Julie”).

Go to Settings > Agent Profile.

In the “Agent Name” field, type in the name you’ve chosen.

2. Choose the Perfect Voice

Next, you can select a voice that matches your brand’s personality. We offer a wide range of high-quality, natural-sounding voices.

In the Agent Profile, find the “Voice Selection” menu.

You can preview dozens of voices with different genders, accents, and tones.

Select the one that best represents your business.

⭐ Pro-Tip: Consider your target audience. A friendly, upbeat voice might be great for a retail store, while a calm, professional voice might be better for a law firm.

3. Write a Custom Greeting

This is the first thing your customers will hear. A great greeting confirms they’ve reached the right place and sets a professional tone.

Under the “Voice Selection” menu, you’ll find the “Custom Greeting” box.

Write a greeting that is clear, concise, and helpful.

Good Example: “Thank you for calling Main Street Dental. To book an appointment, check our hours, or speak with our team, just let me know how I can help.”

Bad Example: “Hello, you’ve reached us, what do you want?”

What You’ve Accomplished

You’ve now branded your AI agent, turning it from a generic tool into a true extension of your team. Your customers will now be greeted by a unique, professional, and on-brand assistant every time they call.
