What we need for each customer
Legal business name (as filed with the IRS)
EIN
Business address
Compliance point of contact email at that business
Description of intended use case(s)
Documentation of their opt-in collection method

Our partner API lets you submit all of this programmatically. Most partners embed the registration step into their own customer onboarding flow, so brand setup happens in the background while the customer is still configuring their account.

What you can't do
Each customer must have their own brand. You cannot register a single brand to cover multiple customers.
Each customer must collect their own consent from their own recipients. Consent does not flow through you to them.
