Mobile carriers share a registry where legitimate businesses can tell them "this is our number, this is our business, please treat our calls as trustworthy." Registering here dramatically reduces the chance of your calls being labeled or blocked.

If you add new numbers later

They should be registered too. Any number you add to your account after the initial setup can be submitted for registration at any time from the dashboard.

A quick note: registration doesn't guarantee calls won't be labeled if your patterns look suspicious — it just reduces the chance significantly.
